How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because every product is handcrafted in small batches for personal use, all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions before ordering, we're happy to help you choose.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Email customercare@jmdcliving.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we'll send a replacement at no cost, or a refund if a replacement isn't available.
